Other Training

We also offer a variety of other training, from Tree Inspections to LOLER courses

Lantra Basic Tree Survey and Inspection Course (BTI)

1-day Lantra Basic Tree Survey and Inspection Course

Identifying hazardous trees is a vital part of a number of jobs, from park rangers to estate workers. Our training is designed to help you recognise and then report issues to an appropriate expert.

It’s a basic one-day course to give you the knowledge to be able to identify potential hazards.

This course is a pre-requisite for Professional Tree Inspection. We will also be delivering a 2-day intermediate tree inspection course in the near future.

Please call the office for more detail: 01732 811 162

Lantra Professional Tree Inspection (PTI)

Our three-day course aims to provide specific tree inspection training at an advanced level for competent arboriculturists.

This will enable you to identify defects from ground level, from a climbed inspection or inspection aided by the use of a Mobile Elevated Working Platform (MEWP)*.

This professional tree training course will train you in how to specify the necessary remedial works and record the inspection process; this would then form a part of a defensible system. At the end of the course you will undertake a competence based assessment directly related to tree inspection.

To book one of our courses we require a completed booking form, and a deposit to secure the place.  The balance of the course is due 1 week prior to the course start date.  Please complete the online enquiry form below to start this process or call the office for further information: 01732 811 162
